All customer orders are carefully wrapped to ensure that products arrive safely and undamaged.
Alcohol cannot be left unattended or with a person under the legal drinking age. If you wish to have your goods left unattended, you will need to specify this in the Delivery Instructions section of the shopping cart.
At present we only ship to New Zealand and Australia. We cannot deliver to The Chatham Islands.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER? If for any reason you wish to change your order, please email us as soon as you receive your confirmation email. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way to you as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed for the courier we are unable to make any changes.
If your order arrives in poor condition or damaged please contact us immediately and we will put it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We love our products but note that the taste of spirits is subjective and as such we can not offer returns for any spirits that do not meet your expectations in terms of taste or smell.
Sizing charts are included for clothing so please check these and choose carefully as we are not able to exchange.
