PATSY BASS
FOUNDER AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE

Patsy was born in Reefton and returned in 2018 after a successful career in Human Resources, Change, Project and General Management to contribute to the revitalisation of her home town.  She attributes roles with Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu, Outward Bound New Zealand and some of New Zealand’s largest cooperative and not for profit organisations, with leading her back home to create a business with an intergenerational focus.

ALLAN HICKFORD
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Allan is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia/New Zealand, with 25+ years of commercial experience developed across a number of sectors.

He has a strong background in leadership, strategic growth and improving financial performance.

GARETH MORGAN
DISTILLERY MANAGER

Gareth has been heavily involved in all areas of the Scotch Whisky industry, including distilleries such as Macallan and Tamnavulin. More recently Gareth’s experience has included cask and bottling management with D&M Winchester Ltd, based at Coleburn Distillery.

Gareth leads our Reefton site and our cask management programme.

CALEB ROBERTS
SALES AND BRAND MANAGER

Caleb was born and raised in Dunedin, and heads our sales team out of Christchurch.  He leads our distribution relationships, pricing strategy and promotional activity, and brings a super-human ability to enhance the overall performance of our customers.

With a University of Otago B,Com (Major Marketing/Minor Accounting) Caleb started his career in banking before moving to DB Breweries.
