Sandy is the Distillery Manager at the Tamdhu Distillery in Speyside, Scotland, which produces 2.5m litres of whisky per year. He has over 17 years managing all aspects of production, maintenance, quality, efficiency, HMR&C and environmental compliance across three different Scottish distilleries

POLLY LOGAN
SCOTLAND

A graduate from Heriot Watt University in Brewing and Distilling, Polly has worked exclusively in the distilling industry, leading production at Tomatin Distillery, and for Diageo (including Benrinnes, Knoccando, Glen Spey distilleries) before moving to Macallan as Whisky Maker. Here Polly delved into the youngstock of Macallan and both maintained the regular portfolio as well as developing and making new Macallan whiskies — including The Harmony Collection, Distil your World New York and Concept 3. Polly is currently Distillery Manager at Tormore Distillery in Scotland.

A proud Scotsman, Michael was bestowed with the revered title of Master of the Quaich by the Global Scotch whisky society Keepers of the Quaich in April 2019. The Keepers of the Quaich is an exclusive and international society established by the Scotch Whisky industry to recognise the outstanding commitment of those involved in the production, promotion or protection of the world's finest spirit. Michael is also the owner and director of Whisky Galore (Christchurch based whisky import and retail business), whose wholesale division has grown to become one of the most respected in the country.

Known as the 'Godfather of Australian Whisky’, Bill is an internationally renowned whisky pioneer and the founder of Tasmania's LARK Distilling, Australia’s leading luxury whisky distillery. In 2015, Bill was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the World Whisky Awards in London, becoming the first distiller in the Southern Hemisphere to receive the honour. In 2020, Bill was one of four distillers nominated for Worldwide Whisky Producer of the Year at the International Wine & Spirit Competition.
