More than just a whisky sour! The Reefton Distilling Co. Blueberry Liqueur adds depth and texture, while the honey rounds off the smokiness of the whisky.
40ml Reefton Distilling Co. Blueberry Liqueur
20ml Laphroiag (or your favorite smokey whisky)
30ml Fresh lemon juice
Bar spoon of honey
1 egg white
Method:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake to emulsify egg white.
Then add ice and double strain neat into a short glass.
Garnish with a couple of drops of Angostura bitters and a lemon wheel.
