45ml Little Biddy Gin – Classic
30ml fresh lemon juice
15ml rosemary syrup.
Rosemary syrup recipe; take one large handful of rosemary stalks, soak in 1 cup boiling water for half hour. Add 1 cup white sugar. Stir till dissolved. Leave to cool. Strain and use. Keep refrigerated.
