Hot Cherry Chocolate

The rich, spiced cherry character of Little Biddy Gin - Pink pairs perfectly with a decadent hot chocolate and whipped vanilla cream.

45ml Little Biddy Gin – Pink
1 tbsp Chocolate powder
200ml Hot milk
10ml Golden syrup
Whipped vanilla cream

Method
Slowly warm milk and golden syrup in a pot, or steam with a milk wand
on your coffee machine.
Pour warmed milk into a hot chocolate glass, or mug.
Add chocolate powder and stir to combine.
Add gin, stir and top with whipped vanilla cream.

Garnish
Grated nutmeg and a cherry

100ml Cream
Dash Pure vanilla extract

Whisk both ingredients together until whipped
