Bee’s Knees Royale

This twist on a classic Bee’s Knees cocktail elevates it to delicious new heights with the addition of a quality New Zealand sparkling wine and our latest release, Little Biddy Gin - Snow. The botanicals of the gin refines the cocktail with a lovely fresh fragrance and a palate tingling zing.

45ml Little Biddy Gin – Snow
25ml Fresh lemon juice
20ml Mānuka honey syrup
New Zealand sparkling wine
Lavender sprig

Glass
Champagne flute

Method
Shake first 3 ingredients together and fine strain into a chilled flute.
Top with sparkling wine.
