Golden Hour Drop

25ml Lemon Juice
15ml Manuka Honey Syrup
10ml Cointreau

Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled.
Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist or half sugar rim.
