Kiwi Caipiroska

45ml Little Biddy Vodka – Kiwifruit
Half a fresh lime cut into wedges
10ml simple syrup

Method
Add the lime wedges and syrup to a rocks glass and gently muddle to release the juice and oils.  Add the vodka and fill glass generously with crushed ice. Churn well then top with a little more crushed ice.
Garnish with a dehydrated kiwifruit wheel

Sugar Syrup
100g white sugar
100ml hot water
Mix until sugar is completely dissolved, let it cool then refrigerate
