Kiwi Bloom

45ml Little Biddy Vodka – Kiwifruit
45ml chilled Jasmine green tea
10ml Fresh lime Juice
7.5ml simple syrup
45ml Soda water

Method
Brew the jasmine green tea lightly, around 1 tea bag in 150ml hot water for 2 minutes, remove the bag and chill completely.
Shake the vodka, tea, lime and syrup with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice and top with soda.
Garnish with a fresh Kawakawa leaf

Sugar Syrup
100g white sugar
100ml hot water
Mix until sugar is completely dissolved, let it cool then refrigerate
