Spiced Collins
45ml Little Biddy Gin – Spiced Apple
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Ginger Syrup
Top with Soda Water
Shake Gin, lemon juice and ginger syrup with ice
Strain into a tall glass filled with ice, top with soda water. Stir well.
Garnish with sliced apple
