Newton’s Apple Pie
45ml Little Biddy Gin – Spiced Apple
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Cinnamon Syrup
1 Egg White
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Dry shake all of the above
Add ice and shake again until well chilled
Strain into a coupe glass
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
