Navy Martini

60ml Little Biddy Gin – Navy
10ml Dolin Dry Vermouth
Expressed lemon peel

Method
Add Gin and Vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until very cold and suitably diluted. Strain into a chilled small Coupe glass.

Before garnishing, express a strip of fresh lemon peel over the surface of the cocktail to release the oils and discard the peel.

Garnish with a Tarata (Lemonwood) leaf
