Navy Gimlet

60ml Little Biddy Gin – Navy
22.5ml Fresh Lime Juice
12.5ml Rich Sugar Syrup 2:1

Method
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a Horopito leaf

2 parts sugar
1 part hot water
Mix until sugar is dissolved.
