45ml Moonlight Creek Whisky – 1888
10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
90ml Premium Ginger Beer (Fever-Tree)

Method
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the whisky, lemon juice and bitters, then top with ginger beer. Stir
gently to combine.
Garnish with lemon zest.
