45ml Moonlight Creek Whisky – 1888
30ml Syrup from a can of Watties Black Doris Plums, adjust to taste
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Method
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until well chilled.
Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a cocktail pick with a slice of Black Doris Plum
