45ml Moonlight Creek ‘Pioneer’ Single Malt Whisky
22.5ml Cloudy Pear Juice
10ml Manuka Honey Syrup (1:1)
2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with a fresh red apple fan.

Manuka Honey Syrup (1:1)
100g Manuka Honey Syrup
100ml Warm Water
Stir until honey has dissolved and then cool.
