60ml Gold Seeker Rye Whisky
22.5ml Fresh Lemon Juice
22.5ml Manuka Honey Syrup (1:1)

Method:
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

100g Manuka Syrup
100ml Water
Stir until dissolved and allow to cool.
