Like an old fashioned, but sweeter and softer while still packing a punch.
1.5 Part Glenmorangie Original
1 Part Reefton Distilling Co. Tayberry Liqueur
0.25 Part Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
Drop of Absinthe bitters (if desired)
Prepare rocks glass with a chocolate rim, with gold flakes. In a stirring glass, with a large ice cube/ice ball, add all ingredients.
Stir with ice for about 20-30 seconds to chill, and slightly dilute.
Add a clear ice ball (or cube) to a rocks glass, and strain liquid on top.
Garnish with Berries/Tayberry/Freeze Dried Raspberry, Mint Leaves, and Flowers.
