Tayberry Vanilla Twist

Things you’ll need:         
Coupe or Rocks glass, cocktail shaker, strainer

Method:
30ml Little Biddy Gin – Classic (40%abv)
30ml Reefton Distilling Co. Tayberry Liqueur
30ml fresh Beares lime juice
25ml Vanilla simple syrup
3-4 fresh mint leaves

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into glass
